OPERATION: ORDER, BUDGET, REALIZATION AND SHIPPING

1. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

To place an order, a query or a clarification, all you have to do is access any of the contact channels with the workshop: Web Contact Form; Phone: 658 142 494 (call or whatsapp) or message on any of Regalunic’s Social Networks.

2. BUDGET AND/OR PRICE

After explaining which order you would like to place or tell us your idea we will give you the quote. All the projects that are done in the workshop start from scratch and that is why there is no established price list. Although we can guide you for approximate amounts, without any commitment.

The most important thing about the workshop is that it always tries to adapt to the amount that the client intends to spend on it. From here, a project proposal is indicated explaining materials, dimensions, etc.

3.TIME OF REALIZATION AND DELIVERY

The time of realization of the project varies according to its laboriousness. Custom cards can be completed in 1 day, small albums or custom boxes in 5 days, and more. We will specify this time at the beginning of the project.

Apart from the execution time, we must keep in mind the possibility of requiring material that we do not have at that time in the workshop, that is, it will be necessary to add a supply time. In any case, the workshop also tries to adapt to this point, as it does with the budget.

4.SHIPPPING

The shipment is made once the project amount has been paid. The shipping limit for logistical reasons is statewide. The amount of the shipment depends on the dimensions of the project. The budget already includes the shipping price. The delivery service of the shipment is usually 24H.

5. REALIZATION

Step 1: We make a proposal to adapt the project to your taste, need and budget. We explain what the project will look like, the content, the dimensions and show you the materials, shapes, textures, colors, etc. sending you photos via Whatsapp preferably (it is the communication channel that is usually established, to be more agile).

Step 2: Throughout the process we are in contact with the customer to be able to show them the evolution with photos, ask for their opinion or resolve any doubts. The client can also provide any suggestions, corrections, etc.

Step 3: Once the project is completed, payment is made (Bizum or Bank Transfer).

Step 4: Submit the project.
